How our printing works

You send us your artwork, your species list, your establishment number and the languages you need. We create a print proof for your approval. Once approved, we print on food-safe ink that bonds permanently to the cotton fibre — it won’t wash off, fade or transfer to the meat.

We print on any stockinette product — carcass bags, mutton cloth, roll stock. Up to four colours per design. Multi-colour printing allows full brand artwork with logos, species colour-coding and regulatory text in a single pass.

In export markets, a printed carcass bag is your first point of brand contact with the buyer. A lamb side arriving at a distributor in Dubai wrapped in a plain bag looks generic. What languages can you print on stockinette bags?

We print in any language including English, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, French, Spanish and Urdu. Bilingual and multilingual layouts are available for multi-market exporters, such as English/French for Canada or English/Arabic for Middle Eastern markets.

Is the printing food-safe?

Yes. We use food-safe inks that are certified for direct food-contact applications. The ink bonds permanently to the cotton fibre during printing and will not wash off, fade or transfer to the meat surface during chilling or transport.

What is the minimum order for custom printed stockinette?

Custom printing is available on all orders from one 20ft container equivalent. For smaller initial trial orders, we can arrange sample quantities of printed bags so you can evaluate quality and print accuracy before committing to full container volumes.
